The Village of Falconbridge is located in the picturesque inner banks town of New Bern. North Carolina. From your home in Falconbridge it’s just miles to the historic waterfront district where excellent restaurants, colonial and civil war sites and championship golf courses flourish, all for your enjoyment.

New Bern is nestled at the juncture of the Neuse and Trent Rivers. Sand Ridge Harbor Marina - Bridgeton, North Carolina

Sand Ridge Harbor is a proposed condominium development located on 88 acres on the Neuse River in Bridgeton, NC. 

The project is mated to a marina that could have up to 212 (30’) boat slips and 44 (40’) boat slips.  JPC has obtained sewer service commitments for the construction of 176 condos.

Gateway Medical Park, Lot 4 - Clayton, North Carolina

This is a prime building site located within the Gateway Medical Park on Hwy. 70 W. in Clayton, NC across from the Wal-Mart Super center and the proposed development of a new shopping center anchored by Target and Home Depot.  (Note:  This property has recently gone under contract.)
